All fees are non-refundable once payment is received
Campaigns will be delivered in full as described, within the agreed timeline
Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund, as authority building is a process with outcomes that compound over time beyond the 30-day campaign window
If we fail to deliver the agreed campaign deliverables in full, we will re-deliver the missing elements at no additional cost
